We have selected just the Peaberry from our Kona coffee harvests for this bag. Peaberries are the coffee beans that form only one bean in each cherry rather then two. They are round in shape and larger instead of forming the flat surface where two beans grew together. 

Consequently, they roast more evenly and lock in more flavor at all stages. We only roast enough to last two weeks so you know you have the freshest, fullest flavor Kona coffee.
