All sales are final on food products. Puna Chocolate Company uses 2-5 day USPS priority shipping to maintain product freshness during delivery. If shipments are delivered to non-temperature controlled environments, please understand that this may affect the quality of the product. You are responsible for shipping to a location where chocolate will not melt. If you have it shipped to a warm or sunny location or leave it in your mailbox for more than 20 minutes, there are no refunds for melting. After receiving confirmation of delivery with a tracking number, we recommend planning to receive your package in a timely manner.
If you would like to return items that are damaged, please request a return label and return the unused items so we can inspect. We cannot issue a refund if you consumed any of the product or threw it away.

Holidays can be busy and while we occasionally guarantee which date we will submit for delivery, we cannot guarantee that USPS or UPS will deliver on time. We cannot refund if the delivery provider is not able to deliver on time.
