Every year, we combine our favorite coffees from each region of Hawaii to make our Mele Kalikimaka blend in honor of the Makahiki season of feasting and coming together.
Each regional coffee is roasted separately to account for differences in the beans' sizes and conditions for proper roasting. Then we blend them in the perfect proportion for the best taste. Get it while you can and taste what Big Island Hawaii offers this season!
We have a special Gingerbread flavoring on our dark roast and are out of plain dark roast. It tastes great with cream and sugar added to the coffee :)
