For a rich, delicious mocha-flavor hot chocolate. This mixture is a French style hot chocolate with freezed dried coffee mixed in that dissolves into a smooth-yet-bold, grown-up flavored hot chocolate.
For a "sipping chocolate," use 2oz heavy cream + 3oz milk and enjoy a thick coffee-house treat. Or make classic hot chocolate by simply scooping our mixture into 8oz ))of heated milk (or alt mylk).
Comes Vegan - add dairy or alt milk for best texture. Recommend not using water.

Puna was my favorite coffee place on the big island! So having this back home in Ohio is amazing! It's so smooth, not too sweet and perfectly chocolate. Just love this!
So this is what I did- I put 10oz cold whole organic milk in a mug. Put 2oz water in small saucepan- add 2 tablespoons of this delicious powder to the water - stirred vigorously with small whisk until water boiled and all powder was combined - poured dark brown liquid into cold milk in mug. Put in freezer for 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving. I didn’t but you could. The flavor is rich but not bitter- truly excellent- I highly recommend this
