United StatesGreat experience. I bought my first batch at the store in Kona while on vacation. My second batch, I bought online and had it shipped to where I live. Process was smooth, easy, and the dark, frozen hot chocolate mix arrived within a few days. I love it on a hot summer day! Sooo good.
United StatesBefore returning to Kona, we stopped in Hilo. Extended family being together for 12 days is a lot and we went our separate ways. My husband, I, and grandson ended up here. We got cool drinks, settled down and looked around. Stopping here was a great find, provided many gifts for family back home, chocolate, coffee, dish towels and gift bags. What a unique experience, so much so, I ordered more products when I returned to the mainland which arrived promptly. It was shipped with an ice pack so the chocolate would not melt. The staff was friendly and helpful. All and all, a delight.
