How do you transport the tangy flavors of red wine into our dark chocolate? We marinated dried Raspberries in a red wine reduction for hours then candied them on the stovetop. Finally, the wine-instilled Raspberries were pressed into dark chocolate for a bold flavor with a delightful crisp texture to meet our equally bold Hawaiian chocolate.
