Chef Stewart Woodman will craft a 5-course tasting experience for 36 people to enjoy.
Each course will be introduced by the Chef and feature an ingredient most people have been too timid their whole lives to trys such as snails (escargot), frog legs, sweetbreads (IYKYK), black garlic ice cream, and more.
You may purchase wine pairing selection at the event that is carefully curated for the dishes that will be served or you can enjoy our cocktail and non-alcohol options for beverages.
Cancellations with refunds are allowed up to one week before the event. If you cancel within one week, we will try to resell your ticket in order to refund you, however, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Please fill out the dietary/allergy survey when completing your reservation or contact to make any dietary changes no less than 7 days before the event.
18% gratuity fee is charged at time of ticket purchase for the servers and bartenders - this all goes to them - you will not need to bring money to the event.
