    Wow! Fun tour, delicious chocolate

We did the tour on Kona side. The young man was so knowledgeable & funny! He could easily be a comedian. Besides the entertainment, all the information on plants on farm was informative. We loved the cocoa part of tour - tree, pods, breaking pod open, tasting of chocolate from different regions. The part about the fermentation & roasting (Kona factory) was not included but might be helpful to understand the entire process. I believe we actually tasted the fermented liquor at the tour we took about 3-5 years ago.
