About this experience

Fine Booze and Hawaiian Chocolate! 


Join us in our Hilo location at 7pm on Wednesdays for a guided pairing of fine spirits and Hawaiian chocolate. The late Spring series has five themes 



  1. Whiskey & Chocolates (10 April)

  2. Cinco de Mayo Time! - Tequila and Hawaiian Agave (1 May) with filled bonbons

  3. Apertifs, Digestifs and Dessert (15 May)

  4. Craft Cocktails and Chocolates (29 May) our new cocktail menu will be featured

  5. S'Mores and Beers (12 June - Father's Day!) breaking out the table-top Sternos and handmade marshmallows in delightful combinations of cookies, crackers, chocolates and mellows. 


The tastings will include 5 spirits with 5 chocolates that our guide has curated for the night. Of course there will be additional surprise chocolates offered throughout :)


Don't worry - we will serve each spirit in 1/2 ounce alcohol servings. The consumption per guest will be equivalent to a little less than 2 drinks. 


Absolutely no one under the age of 21 years old is allowed to attend, partake offerings or accompany any guest to this event.
