Join us in our Hilo location for a guided pairing of fine spirits and Hawaiian chocolate. The fall series has four themes 

1. Hawaiian Spirits with Tropical Treats (Sept 17)
   
   
   
   • All Hawaiian-made spirits - whiskey, bourbon, dark rum, gin, vodka
   
   
   • Chocolate dipped pineapple, passionfruit truffles, coconut cookies and more
   
   
   
   


2. Whiskey & Bourbon with Regional Chocolates (Sept 30)

     • 5 Top Shelf Whiskey and Bourbon selections
     
     
     • 5 Fine Chocolates selected for their coupling 
     
     
     
     
   
   
   
   


3. Tequilas and Mezcals with Bon Bons (Oct 14)
   
   
   
   • 5 Agave-based spirits in the Tequila and Mezcal categories
   
   
   • Incredible bon bons. This one is smoky. 
   
   
   
   


4. S'Mores & Spirits! (Oct 28) - Cozy pairings over a flame!
   
   
   
   • Flavor Surprises of Handmade Marshmallows with flames for you to roast at your table. Varying combinations of marshmallows, crackers, and chocolates.
   
   
   • Paired with Wines
   
   
   
   

The tastings will include 5 spirits with 5 chocolates that our guide has curated for the night. Of course there will be additional surprise chocolates offered througout :)

Don't worry - we will serve each spirit in 1/2 ounce alcohol servings. The consumption per guest will be equivalent to a little less than 2 drinks. 

Absolutely no one under the age of 21 years old is allowed to partake offerings or accompany any guest to this event.
